A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wairio Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 14·2 perches.
Being portion of Section 20, situated in Block III, Wairio Survey District. (Southland R.D.) (S.O. 541 R.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67689, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wyndham Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 28 perches, being portion of Section 7 (E.R.).

Situated in Block VIII, Survey District of Wyndham (Southland R.D.): (S.O. R. 549.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68662 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of May, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Nuhaka North Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 7·3 perches, being portion of Section 23; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 29·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 23; coloured green.

All situated in Block XV, Survey District of Nuhaka North (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 816, green.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65623, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
