Land proclaimed as subject to the Deteriorated Lands Act, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Deteriorated Lands Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of the Deteriorated Lands Act, 1925.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
PART Sections 21 and 29, Wangapeka Settlement, Block XV, Wangapeka Survey District: Area, 188 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Leaning Rock Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 33 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 105, 106, and residence area, Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1443, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2210, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1927.

Notice altering the Boundaries of the Otago Mining District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, alter the boundaries of the Otago Mining District by including therein all that area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being part of Section 7, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru (Courthouse site). Bounded towards the north-east by Section 6 of 7, 226·5 links; towards the south-east by Thames Street, 215·4 links; towards the south-west by Section 11, 226·5 links; and towards the north-west by Section 7 of 7, 215·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked Mines N. 10/5/27, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of April, 1927.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block XIII, Town of Kurow.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 26 perches.
Being closed road adjoining or passing through Sections 1 and 5, situated in Block XIII, Town of Kurow (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65580, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Katikati Section.
