Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
April, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-third day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of a street at the corner of
Ghuznee and Marion Streets, and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·88 perches.
Being portion of Lot 21, D.P. 582, part Section 158, situated

every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of workers’ dwellings,
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the eighteenth day of May, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 1 rood
9 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 5595, being Part Ohotu No. 1 Block
(Matahiwi Township Reserve).

Situated in Blocks VII and XI, Tauakira Survey District.
