A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road
declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 38·4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 18 and 21, Blocks V
and IX respectively, situated in Aroha Survey District.

ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53909, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods
29 perches.

Being Sub. 1 of Section 1 N.R., Block XIV, Pakawau Survey
District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured yellow.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued

other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-seven.

four of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment
Act, 1919, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an
access-way between Rintoul Street and Kenwyn Terrace, and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-seven.
