Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation dated the eighth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of the eighteenth day of March then
instant, declaring, under section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, that the lands held under renewable lease
described in the Schedule hereto should cease to be national-
endowment lands.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 34, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District: Area, 10
acres 0 roods 13 perches.

Section 35, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District: Area,
10 acres 1 rood 13 perches.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of April,
1927.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-first day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and
published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of June
then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by
discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule
hereto.

Hutt County.—Belmont Survey District.—Waddington
Settlement.

SECTION 13s: Area, 7 acres 3 roods 12 perches.

Settlement Lands in Auckland Land District proclaimed to be
Crown Lands.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section forty-nine of the Land for Settle-
ments Act, 1925, it is enacted that the Governor-
General may by Proclamation declare any lands acquired
under that Act to be, inter alia, ordinary Crown lands avail-
able for disposal under the Land Act, 1924:

And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described
in the Schedule hereto, and which were acquired under the
Land for Settlements Act, 1925, shall cease to be settlement
lands and become ordinary Crown lands for disposal under the
Land Act, 1924:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid sec-
tion forty-nine, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the
gazetting hereof the lands described in the Schedule hereto,
which were acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1925,
shall be Crown lands available for disposal under the Land
Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

PART Allotment 63, Rangitaiki Parish: Area, 19 acres
0 roods 36 perches.

Part Allotment 64, Rangitaiki Parish: Area, 1 rood
8 perches.

Part of Lot 1 (D.P. 13195), being part of Allotment 65,
Rangitaiki Parish: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 28 perches.

All situate in Block V, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District, in
the Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of April,
1927.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2211, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of April,
1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a light-
house; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thou-
sand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

0 roods 35 perches.
