WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection of a roadman’s cottage ; and for the purposes of such public work the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said parcel of land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate in Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection without any fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said parcel of land, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the public work or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice—namely, the 23rd day of December, 1926—to the Clerk of the said County at the County Office, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate area of land required to be taken: 2 roods 30·6 perches ; being portion of block of land called Kinohaku East No. 1r, Section 23, situate in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District, and coloured red. Purpose for which required : Roadman’s cottage site.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

N OTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between WALTER DAVID WILSON, HENRY HERBERT WILSON, and STEPHEN MARKHAM, carrying on business as Mercers at Karangahape Road, Auckland, under the style of “Wilson and Markham,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 19th day of October, 1926, so far as concerns the said Stephen Markham.
