A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional certificate of title for Allotment 23 of
Section 1 of the Town of Opotiki, being the land in certificate
of title, Vol. 66, folio 18, Gisborne Registry (formerly Vol. 2,
flio 112, Auckland Registry), whereof TE KAKA WENEREI
is the registered proprietor, and evidence having been fur-
nished of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue a new certificate of
title in lieu thereof at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Dated at the Land Registry Office, at Gisborne, this 17th
day of January, 1927.

E VIDENCE having been supplied to me of the loss of the
lessee’s copy of Lease 6441, of Tangoio South No. 1
Block, whereof WIREMU MIHAERE, of Tangoio, is the
registered lessee, and application having been made to me to
register a surrender of such lease, I hereby give notice of my
intention to register such surrender without production of the
lessee’s copy of the lease unless good cause be shown on or
before the 5th day of February, 1927.
