VINCENT COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in and conferred upon it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) authorized to be raised by the Vincent County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of paying its quota towards the cost of erecting new and repairing existing bridges within the county, full particulars whereof are set forth in the Schedule hereto, the said Vincent County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing (¼d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Vincent, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of April and the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

TAUHEI DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
Special Works Loan of £4,900.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Tauhei Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the principal and interest and other charges on a loan of £4,900 to be raised by the Tauhei Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Act, for and in connection with the constructing, providing, and establishing drainage works within the meaning of and pursuant to the Land Drainage Act, 1908, for the benefit of the Tauhei Drainage District, the Tauhei Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate, on a graduated scale according to the Boards’ classification of the rateable property within the said drainage district, upon the rateable value (upon the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Tauhei Drainage District, upon Class “A” of one and three-eighths of one penny in the pound, upon Class “B” of one penny farthing in the pound, and upon Class “C” three-farthings in the pound; and that such graduated special rates shall be annual-recurring rates during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of April and the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

TE KUITI BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
£600 Abattoir Supplementary Loan.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Te Kuiti Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £600 (being 10 per cent. additional on the Abattoir Loan of £6,000), authorized to be raised by the Te Kuiti Borough Council under section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, for the completion of the establishment of the Te Kuiti Borough Abattoir, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one twenty-fifth of a penny (1/25d.) in the pound upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Borough of Te Kuiti, such special rate to be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the above-mentioned loan, and to be payable half-yearly on the first days of February and August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-four years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £2,000, being 10 per centum on a loan of £20,000 authorized to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of road construction, metalling, and bridge-building in the Waitakere Riding of the County of Waitemata, the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ⅜d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all ratable property of the said Waitakere Riding, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of September and 30th day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Upper Hutt Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of sixteen thousand pounds (£16,000), authorized to be raised by the Upper Hutt Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing water reticulation in No. 2 Special-rating Area of the West Ward of the Borough of Upper Hutt, hereby makes and levies a special rate of fivepence (5d.) in the pound sterling on the basis of the unimproved value upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the said No. 2 Special-rating Area, comprising a portion of the West Ward of the Borough, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 31st day of March and the 30th day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
