Constituting the Transport Appeal Board for No. 4 Motor-omnibus District.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section sixteen of the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the persons named in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be members of the Transport Appeal Board of No. 4 Motor-omnibus District, representing the Government, local authority, and persons, as set out in the second column of the Schedule hereto, and I do hereby appoint the Honourable Justice Francis Vernon Frazer, of Wellington, to be Chairman of the said Board.
