All that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the River Heathcote opposite to the eastern end of Tennyson Street; thence southerly along Burnbrae Street and St. Martin’s Road to its junction with Hills Road; thence easterly along Hills Road to the watercourse from Hills Road near Victoria Street; thence northerly along the said watercourse to the right bank of the River Heathcote; thence following the said bank of the river north-westerly, northerly, north-westerly, and south-westerly to the commencing-point.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Woolston Subdistrict.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District commencing at the railway-bridge, Opawa, on the right bank of the Heathcote River; thence northerly along the right bank of the said river to Radley Bridge; thence south-easterly along the right bank of the said river to the Woolston Railway-station; thence westerly along the Lyttelton-Christchurch railway-line to the commencing-point.

In the matter of the Gaming Act, 1908, and in the matter of an application to have the premises, 171–173 Madras Street, Christchurch, declared a common gaming-house.
TAKE notice that on Friday the 25th day of February, 1927, the Supreme Court at Christchurch did declare the premises situate at 171–173 Madras Street, Christchurch, to be a common gaming-house: And further take notice that every person who covers, removes, defaces, or destroys this notice is liable to a fine not exceeding £100 or to imprisonment for any time not exceeding three months: And further take notice that under section 18 of the Gaming Act, 1908, if, during the time the said declaration of the Supreme Court is in force, any person is found in or on or entering or leaving these premises, any constable may, without warrant, arrest such person, and such person, on conviction of an offence against the said section 18, is liable to a fine not less than £5 and not more than £100, or to imprisonment for a term not less than seven days and not more than three months.
