Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XI, Otama Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otama Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 20 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 4, Purangi Parish, situated in Block XI, Otama Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23454.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65021, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of February, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Russell Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches.
Portion of Foreshore Reserve adjoining Section 1, Block VI, Russell Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/1/18, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2162, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1926.
