to the Waiapu County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other
powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the
Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the streets
coloured pink on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto
of widths less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty-four
feet, within the area described in the said Schedule, it being
inexpedient to lay off streets of a width of sixty-six feet
within such area.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the North Auckland Land District,
City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 31 acres
2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being part Allotments 9
and 10, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is
