Public Reserve set apart for the Purposes of a Post-office in
Block II, Rodney Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office;
and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the seventh day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart : 2 roods
0-16 perches.
Being Section 80 (E.R.), Village of Leigh.
Situated in Block II, Rodney Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 23979).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
67838, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
December, 1926.

Reciprocal Application of Administration of Justice Act, 1922,
to Victoria.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three of the Administration of
Justice Act, 1922, it is enacted, among other things,
that where the Governor-General is satisfied that reciprocal
provisions have been made by the Legislature of any part of
His Majesty's Dominions outside New Zealand, other than
the United Kingdom, for the enforcement within that part
of His Majesty's Dominions of judgments obtained in the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, the Governor-General may,
by Proclamation, declare that Part I of the said Act shall
apply with respect to that part of His Majesty's Dominions :
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the
Legislature of the State of Victoria has, by the Judgments
(Reciprocity) Act, 1925, made such reciprocal provisions :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursu-
ance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on
me by section three of the Administration of Justice Act, 1922,
do hereby declare that Part I of the said Act shall apply with
respect to the State of Victoria.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion this 18th day of
December, 1926.

Altering Boundaries of Oroua and Kiwitea Counties, and
including Area in Western Riding, Oroua County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is provided by subsection two of section
fourteen of the Counties Act, 1920, that the boundaries
of any one or more counties may be altered in accordance with
a resolution proposing the alteration passed by the Council
of each of such counties in which the Counties Act is in force :
And whereas a resolution was passed by the Oroua County
Council on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six, praying for the alteration of the
boundaries of the Oroua and Kiwitea Counties in the manner
described in the said resolution and in the First Schedule
hereto :
And whereas a similar resolution was passed by the Kiwi-
tea County Council on the twenty-second day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six :
And whereas it is expedient to make such alterations in
accordance with the said resolutions, and that the area to
be added to the Oroua County should be included in the
Western Riding of that county :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority conferred on me by the said Act, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the area described in the First Schedule hereto, being now
part of the Kiwitea County, shall be added to and form part
of the Oroua County ; that the boundaries of the Oroua and
Kiwitea Counties as so altered shall be those set forth under
the respective headings in the Second Schedule hereto; that
the area added as aforesaid to the Oroua County shall be
included in the Western Riding of the said county ; and that
the boundaries of that riding shall be those set forth in the
Third Schedule hereto ; and I do also proclaim and declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on the first day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM KIWITEA COUNTY AND INCLUDED IN
OROUA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1,940 acres, more or less, being Sections 1,
la, lb, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, and 21 of Block
XIV, Ongo Survey District, and Sections 10, 11, and 12 of
Block XIII of the said survey district, together with portion
of the Rangitikei River-bed, and also the roads intersecting
or adjacent to the above-mentioned sections, which said area
is bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner
of Section 14, Block XIV, Ongo Survey District, and then
proceeding in a westerly direction along the southern bound-
aries of the said Section 14, Sections 13 and 12 of the said
Block XIV, Section 11 of Block XIII aforesaid, and the
prolongation of the last-mentioned boundary to a point in the
middle of the Rangitikei River ; thence towards the north-
east, east, and south-east generally along the middle of the
Rangitikei River to a point in line with the eastern boundary-
line of the aforesaid Section 14 of Block XIV, Ongo Survey
District ; thence in a southerly direction to and by the
eastern boundary of the said Section 14 to the south-eastern
corner thereof, the place of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
OROUA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded by a
line commencing at a point in the middle of the Rangitikei
River in line with the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block
XIV, Ongo Survey District ; thence to and along that bound-
ary and the eastern boundary of Section 14, Block XIV
aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned
section ; thence westerly along the southern boundary of
Section 14 aforesaid to the north-eastern corner of Subdivision
N of the Manchester Block ; thence south-easterly along the
north-eastern boundaries of the Manchester Block Registra-
tion District to the south-eastern corner of the said Manchester
Block Registration District ; thence south-westerly along the
south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid registration district
to the Manawatu River ; thence across that river to the north-
eastern corner of Section 49, Block III, Gorge Survey District ;
thence south-westerly along the western boundaries of Sections
49, 50, 166, Ferry Reserve, Sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,
18, 20, 24, across a road, Sections 26, 28, 30, 32, 33, 34 to the
southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section, Blocks III
and V, Gorge Survey District ; thence north-westerly along
the middle of the road forming the southern boundaries of
Sections 34, 47, and 46, Block V aforesaid, to the Manawatu
River ; across that river, and along the southern boundaries
of Sections 452 and 451 and the eastern boundaries of Sections
450 and 449, Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District, to the
southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section ; thence
north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the last-
mentioned section to the Palmerston-Gorge Road ; across that
road and along the road forming the south-western boundaries
of Sections 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, Block VIII aforesaid ;
along the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section
13, Block VIII aforesaid, to its southernmost corner ; thence
north-westerly along the road forming the south-western
boundaries of Sections 13 and 12, Block VIII, and Sections 11,
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5, to the Palmerston - New Plymouth rail-
way ; thence by that railway to the Oroua River ; across that
