A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 0 roods ll perches. Being portion of Puhunga No. 2, Block III, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1233, brown.) In the Gisborne Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67615, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0Β·79 perches. Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 3070, of Section l, Evans Bay Registration District, City of Wellington, situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District. (S.O. 2137.) IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation, shall take effect on and after the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Land taken: 3 roods 19Β·5 perches. Being Lot 45 on D.P. 9548, being portion of Section 37 on D.P. 280, western portion of Taupaki Block. Situated in Block IX, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23533.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of Stop-banks in Blocks VIII and XII, Waihou Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation, dated the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, taking land for the purposes of stop-banks in Blocks VIII and XII, Waihou Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 7 acres 1 rood 39 perches. Portion of Waihou W No. 1B 1, D.P. 7892. Situated in Block XII, Waihou Survey District. (S.O. 21474.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51190 (sheet 1), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1926.
