Q (Round Hill); thence east along block-line forming north boundary of Block 4, Table Hill District, to north-east corner of aforesaid block; thence south along block-line to south-east corner of Section 63, Block 4, Table Hill District; thence north-east along block-line to north corner of Section 46, Block 3, Table Hill District; thence east along block-line to intersection with south branch of Tokomairiro River; thence in a southerly direction along such river to a point due north of the north-east corner of Section 3, Block 49, Tokomairiro District; thence south to the north-west corner of Section 3 as aforesaid, joining at this point the boundary of the Otago Electric-power Board District; thence generally south-west along the said power district boundary to starting-point. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67701, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 8 perches.
Being portion of Section 2, Block XI, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1274, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.
