A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Wellington being portion of the County of Patea, and the whole of the Waverley Town District: Bounded on the west by the Whenuakura River from its mouth to the Wellington-Taranaki provincial boundary; thence following along the provincial boundary generally in a north-easterly direction to where it meets the Waitotara River; thence generally in a southerly direction along the Waitotara River to its mouth; thence generally in a westerly direction along the sea-coast to the mouth of the Whenuakura River. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67837, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley duplication).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken 24Β·37 perches.
Being Section 7, Block IV, Wilford Settlement.
Situated in the Borough of Petone, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (S.O. 2108).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66477, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of December, 1926.

Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area comprised within the boundaries of the Borough of Lawrence as at present constituted, and all that area within the Otago Land District, being portions of Counties of Bruce and Tuapeka, bounded by a line commencing on the present boundary of the Otago Electric-power District, being the south-western corner of Section 2 of 6, Block 52, Tokomairiro District, and proceeding thence generally as follows: North-west along block-line forming south-west boundary of Block 54, Tokomairiro District; then north-east along road-line to south-east corner of Section 1, Block 55, Tokomairiro District; then north-west along block-line to south-west corner of Section 6, Block 55, Tokomairiro District; then north-east along block-line of aforesaid block to north-east corner of Section 10, Block 9, Hillend District, then north-west along block-line to Trig U; then north-west along block-line to Trig. M; then north-west to south-east corner of Block 6, Waitahuna East District; then north up block-line to north-east corner of Block 6, Waitahuna East District; then west along block-line to north-west corner of Section 6, Block 6, Waitahuna East District; then north along block-line to north-west corner of Block 7, Waitahuna East District; then west along block-line to the road fronting Lot 4 on I.T. plan 1293, north-westerly and south-westerly along that road to block-line, then west along block-line forming south boundary of Block 4, Tuapeka East District, to Tuapeka River; then north-west up Tuapeka River to block-line forming south boundary of Block 6, Tuapeka West District; then west along said block-line to south-west corner of aforesaid block; then north up block-line forming west boundary of Block 6, Tuapeka West District; then north-west along road-line which is also block boundary to west boundary of Section 22, Block 3, Tuapeka West District; then north up block-line to north corner of Section 43, Block 3, Tuapeka West District; then north-west across road to corner of Section 24, Block 2, Tuapeka West District; then north-west along line forming north-east boundary of Sections 24, 23, 21, 51, 54, Block 2, Tuapeka West District; thence north-west across road-line and along block-line between Blocks 2 and 12, Tuapeka West District; thence west along block-line forming boundary between Block 12, Tuapeka West District, and Block 9, Beaumont District, to Clutha River; thence north-easterly up Clutha River to a point due south of Trig.
