Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and published in the Gazette of the third day of May then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 1, Block I, Mokau Survey District: Area, 600 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of August then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.
