Declaring Land set apart as a Scenic Reserve under the Land Act, 1892, to be subject to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve permanently set apart for scenic purposes by Warrant dated the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and three, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1892:
And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be declared a reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1926, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date hereof, be a scenic reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and its amendments.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods, more or less, being parts Sections 19 and 17, Omata District, Block VIII, Paritutu Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west by the Tasman Sea from Waiwere Stream to Sutton Road; towards the north-east by Sutton Road, 100 links; towards the south-east by other parts of Sections 17 and 19; and towards the west by Waiwere Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/323 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of December, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
Okoha Island Scenic Reserve.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, situated in Block VIII, Gore Survey District.
Being all that portion of Okoha Island laying in a south-easterly direction from a line bearing 240 degrees, and measuring 250 links from Peg IV of the traverse of the east branch of the Okoha Stream: As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/337, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of December, 1926.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 39, Kaitara Parish: Area, 210 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Deteriorated Lands Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of the Deteriorated Lands Act, 1925.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
Motupiko Survey District.
SECTION 10, Block I; Sections 1 and 3, Block II; Section 3, Block V; and part Section 2 of 3, Block VI.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1926.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the sixteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of April, then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Bay of Islands County.—Ruapekapeka Parish.
SECTIONS 114A and 115: Area, 342 acres 1 rood 15 perches.
