SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, known as Bulwer Street, fronting Allotment 166 of Allotment 28 of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67268, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Hereford Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of December, 1926.

Present :

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz. :—

“ That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves that the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the north-eastern side of Hereford Street, in the City of Dunedin, where the same abuts on part of Allotment 7, Township of Sunnyside, being also part of Section 3, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District, as the said portion of the said street is more particularly shown by brown colour on the plan hereunto annexed ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Hereford Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Hereford Street, fronting part Allotment 7, Township of Sunnyside, being part Section 3, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66684, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured brown.

The Western Side of Portion of Baring Terrace Extension, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of December, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz. :—

“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section 117, subsection (1), of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the western side of that road in New Plymouth formerly part Purakau No. 1, Block V, Paritutu Survey District, proclaimed as a public road under the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 76, page 3040, on the 29th October, 1925, and commonly known as Baring Terrace Extension, to which Allotments 1, 2, 3, and 4 of parts Subdivision 2 of N.R. 16 (Purakau), Fitzroy District, New Plymouth, have frontages ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Baring Terrace Extension (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre line of the said portion of street.

THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Baring Terrace Extension, fronting Allotments 1, 2, 3, and 4 of part Subdivision 2 of N.R. 16 (Purakau), Fitzroy District, New Plymouth. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65327, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Clawton Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-second day of March, 1926, viz. :—

“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section 117, subsection (1), of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Clawton Street, formerly Holsworthy Road, to which Lots 8 and 9 of part Section 28, Fitzroy District, New Plymouth, have frontages ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Clawton Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Clawton Street, abutting on Lots 9 and part 8 of part Section 28, Fitzroy District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67383, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
