Burns Terrace, in the Borough of Napier, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Napier Borough Council on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:
“That the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, do not apply to the street known as Burns Terrace, containing 2 roods 37·6 perches, more or less, being part of Suburban Section 94, Napier, as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 63603, deposited the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of the said street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District (Borough of Napier), known as Burns Terrace, adjoining Lots 7, 51, and 14 of Suburban Section 94, Napier. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63603, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Waite and Marian Streets, in the Borough of Greymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Greymouth Borough Council on the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, in so far as such resolution affects the streets described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
“That the Greymouth Borough Council, having control of Mackay Street, Waite Street, and Marian Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act shall not apply to the said streets for the whole length of same respectively;”
such streets being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, known as Waite Street; also all that street situated in the said land district and borough known as Marian Street. As the said streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66767, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Ballance Street and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Terrace Road, in the City of Wanganui, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wanganui City Council on the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:
“That the Wanganui City Council, having control of the streets known as Terrace Road and Ballance Street, hereby resolves that section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said streets fronting Section 54—the corner block—a distance of 251·4 links to Terrace Road and 113·9 links to Ballance Street”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Ballance Street or the north-eastern side of the portion of Terrace Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of that portion of Ballance Street and the north-eastern side of that portion of Terrace Road, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wanganui, which abut on Lot 54, D.P. 771, Part Section 19, right bank, Wanganui River. As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67037, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Bulwer Street, in the Borough of Devonport, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:
“That the Devonport Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Devonport, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Bulwer Street fronting Lot 166 of 28 of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Bulwer Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
