The Southern Side of Portion of Galloway Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council, on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:—
"That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Galloway Street, in the City of Dunedin, where the same abuts on Lots 28 and 29, Block I, Township of Primrose Hill, as the said portion of the said street is more particularly shown by brown colour on the plan hereunto annexed";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Galloway Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Galloway Street, adjoining Allotments 28 and 29, Block I, Township of Primrose Hill. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67596, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured brown.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1926.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, in so far as it affects the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—
"The Christchurch City Council, having control of the right-of-way, known as Green's Way, in the City of Christchurch, hereby, by resolution, declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said right-of-way";
subject to the condition that no shop or other building with a public entrance from Green's Way, and no show-windows fronting Green's Way displaying wares for sale shall at any time be erected or permitted to be used on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Green's Way (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street,
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Green's Way, fronting Town Sections 988 and 990, and part 992, City of Christchurch. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65463, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of December, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Ohura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ohura Domain Board.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SUBDIVISION 1 of Section 36, Block V, Ohura Survey District; Area, 1 rood 32 perches.
Subdivision 3 of Section 36, Block V, Ohura Survey District: Area, 1 acre 28·4 perches.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Brighton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Brighton Domain Board.
