Being portion of Section G, Town Belt, New Plymouth, Block V, Paritutu Survey District, Borough of New Plymouth (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67675, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1926.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Ordinary Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of May then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—OHURA COUNTY.—CROWN LAND.
Section 3, Block III, Piopiotea West Survey District: Area, 243 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the fifth day of February then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Waitomo County.—Pahi Survey District.
Section 2, Block I: Area, 510 acres 3 roods.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Moeraki and Dunback Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
