Section 2c No. 4c, Section 2c No. 4d, and part of Section 2c No 15, Okoheriki No. 2c, and terminating at a point on the said Cambridge-Rotorua Main Highway between Sections 2c No. 7, and part 2c No. 15, Okoheriki 2c. All in Block XI, Rotorua Survey District, being a distance of one mile forty chains, more or less; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67830, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 4 acres 1 rood 29 perches.
Being portion of Tikitiki Block, situated in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1005, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55082, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 26 perches.
Being Section 1, Block XVI, Taumarunui Township, situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23892.)
