NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto
existing between LEONARD JAMES JENKINS and JOHN
BATCHEM, carrying on the business of Fibrous Plasterers
under the style or firm of “Jenkins and Batchem,” at No. 412
Moray Place, Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent
as from the 13th day of November, 1926. The said JOHN
BATCHEM will continue to carry on the said business, and will
receive all moneys payable to, and discharge all liabilities of,
the late partnership.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE partnership business of Customhouse and Shipping
Agents heretofore carried on by the undersigned under
the name of “Verran and White” has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the date hereof. Any persons having
claims against the above firm please forward the same to J.
HAMLIN WHITE, care of G.P.O. Box 1751, Auckland. The
business will henceforth be carried on by J. HAMLIN WHITE
on his own behalf at the premises hitherto occupied by the
partnership, and all moneys owing to the partnership must be
paid to him.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the
above-named company held at the company’s offices,
164 Cashel Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 16th
November, 1926, at 4 p.m., the following special resolution
was passed; and, at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the said company held at the company’s offices,
164 Cashel Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 2nd day
of December, at 4 p.m., was duly confirmed :—
“ That the company be voluntarily wound up under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 230 and
252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of members of the above-named company will be held at Town
Hall, Dunedin, on Thursday, 6th day of January, 1927, at 8
o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of having an account
laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-
up has been conducted and the property of the company
disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be
given by the Liquidators, and also determining by extra-
ordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts,
and documents of the company and of the Liquidators shall
be disposed of.

Private Company).
BY an entry in its minute-book, signed as directed by sub-
section 6 of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908,
it was resolved by way of special resolution that the company
be wound up voluntarily, and that Sir George Fenwick be
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
