Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Drury Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 3 perches.

Portion of Allotment 110 E.R., Waiuku East Parish, Block XIII, Drury Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/98, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2195, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of December, 1926.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks V and VII, Lower Hawea Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto form portion of Small Grazing-run Number 507, situated in the Lower Hawea Survey District, and held under lease dated the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eleven :

And whereas it is desired that the said parcels of land should be taken for the purposes of a road under paragraph (b) of section two hundred and thirty of the Land Act, 1924 :

And whereas the said parcels of land do not form part of any area selected by the lessee for homestead purposes pursuant to paragraph (a) of the said section two hundred and thirty :

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by paragraph (b) of section two hundred and thirty of the Land Act, 1924, hereinbefore referred to, do hereby take the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a road.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1926.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :

And whereas the purchase of the Native Land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

WAIHORA 2c 1b Block, Waingaromia Survey District: Approximate area : 50 acres 1 rood 6·5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, Awakeri Section, and for a road-diversion in connection therewith.
