WELLINGTON, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 9, 1926.

ERRATA.—In the Proclamation, published in Gazette No. 78, page 3273, of the 25th November, 1926, declaring land in Blocks X and XI, Tokatoka Survey District, taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose, to be Crown land, read “the 10th day of November, 1926,” in lieu of “the 10th day of December, 1926,” as the date of the Proclamation.

In the Proclamation, dated the 9th day of November, 1926, published in the New Zealand Gazette No 76, of the 11th November, 1926, page 3166, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks V, VI, IX, and X, Matakaoa West Survey District, and Block IX, Matakaoa Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Potaka-Waikura Road, Matakaoa County, read “Whangaparaoa 2k 2 and 2k 1 Blocks” in lieu of “Whangaparaoa 2k 1 and 2k 2 Blocks” in the seventh line of the Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Land set apart as a Reserve for Recreation Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land that is adjacent to the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 8 perches, situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District, being a piece of road closed by a Proclamation dated the 27th September, 1926, published in Gazette No. 67, of the 30th of that month. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/840, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 8 perches, being Reserve 1319,

comprising Sections 12 to 17 and 160 to 167, Town of Ahaura. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/840, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Cobden Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 4 acres 2 roods 35·5 perches.

Passing through Section 1, Block I, Cobden Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1419, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2197, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of December, 1926.
