Also all that portion of road known as Kina Street, commencing at its northernmost junction with West Square, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction adjoining Sections 4 and 1, Town of Tangimoana, and terminating at the boundary of Reserve 84 of the said town; being a distance of 5 chains, more or less.

Also all that portion of road known as River Bank Street, commencing at a point approximately 20 links east of the north-western corner of Section 3, Town of Tangimoana, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining part Section 3 and Sections 7 to 11, Town of Tangimoana, and part of Domain Reserve 88 of the said town, and terminating at a point approximately 75 links past Domain Street; being a distance of 7 chains 50 links, more or less.

In the Town of Tangimoana, Wellington Land District, Manawatu County.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65007, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Pihama Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of February, 1926.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

James David Conaglen,
Bernard Duffy,
William Taylor Lambie,
John Pettigrew, and
Joseph Saywell Tosland

to be the Pihama Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Domain Pavilion, Pihama, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Recreation Reserve in Canterbury Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of February, 1926.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Rotherham Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 14 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4129, Block IV, Culverden Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 363, folio 256, Christchurch Registry.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1926.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Onehunga Poultry, Pigeon, and Canary Club, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said club agreeably to the rules of the said club and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style and title of “The Onehunga Poultry, Pigeon, and Canary Club.”

Honey-export Control Act, 1924.—Amending Election Regulations.—Notice No. Ag. 2559.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day of February, 1926.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by regulations duly made under the Honey-export Control Act, 1924 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), prescribing the manner of taking the votes of producers for the purposes of the election of members of the New Zealand Honey Control Board, it is provided that the last day and hour for receiving nominations shall be the twenty-first day of December in each year at noon, and that in the event of more persons than one being nominated an election shall be held, and that the poll shall close at noon on the eleventh day of January in the year for which the election is held:

And whereas no nominations of candidates were received on the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, to fill the existing vacancy on the Board, and it is necessary to make further provision for the election of a member to fill such vacancy:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Act to make regulations for the conduct of elections under the said Act, and generally for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of the said Act, and of all other powers in the said Act him in this behalf enabling, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations.


REGULATIONS.

  1. FOR the purposes of the 1926 election of a producers’ representative on the New Zealand Honey Control Board the date and time for the closing of nominations shall, notwithstanding the provisions of the regulations hereinbefore referred to, be Monday, the 15th day of February, 1926, at noon.

  2. In the event of more persons than one being nominated an election shall be held and the poll shall close at noon on Wednesday, the 3rd day of March, 1926.
