Defining Purposes of Hawarden Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Belgian Relief Fund.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day of November, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the moneys belonging to the war fund established under the War Funds Act, 1915 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and known as the Hawarden Agricultural and Pastoral Association's Belgian Relief Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the said fund") are more than sufficient to meet all reasonable requirements of the fund for the purposes for which it was established, and it is desirable to define the purposes for which the moneys belonging to the said fund shall be expended:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by the said Act and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, being of opinion that the moneys belonging to the said fund are more than sufficient to meet all reasonable requirements of the fund for the purposes for which it was established, doth hereby declare that those moneys shall be expended for the following purposes (being purposes for which a war fund may be established), that is to say:-
(a.) The trustees of the said fund shall pay the sum of two hundred pounds out of the said fund to the Hawarden Waikari District Returned Soldiers and Dependents' Sick and Benefit Fund Society (being a society incorporated under the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908), to be applied by that society for the purposes for which it was incorporated.
(b.) The trustees of the said fund shall pay the balance thereof to the trustees of the Commercial Travellers' and Warehousemen's Blind Soldiers' and Sailors' Fund (being trustees incorporated under the said Act) to be applied by the last-mentioned trustees for the purposes for which they were incorporated.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1926.

THE HONOURABLE W. NOSWORTHY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Samuel Stanley Cox, Martin Thomas Hearn, Cowper Guy Powell, John Quirke, Walter Stephens, Alexander Strachan, and Douglas Harper Strachan to be the Karioi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at four o'clock p.m., as the time when, and Cox's Store, Karioi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 1, Block VI, Karioi Survey District: Area, 102 acres 3 roods, more or less.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint George Batstone, Philip Pinckney Boulnois, Thomas Patrick McGoverin, David John Smith, and George William Soal to be the Kirwee Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the A. and P. Hall, Kirwee, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Francis James Affleck, James Crawford, Robert George Gray, Reuben Hartley, and Martin Gerald Wills to be the Makaka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Makaka Schoolroom as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.-MAKAKA DOMAIN.
SECTIONS 1 and 2, Block X, Kaupokonui Survey District; Area, 2 acres, more or less. Also Section 43, Block X, Kaupokonui Survey District : Area, 14 acres, more or less.
