deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
November, 1926.

Amended Regulations regarding the Disposal of Lands acquired
by the Crown under the Native Townships Act, 1910, and its
Amendments.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day
of November, 1926.

THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section twenty-two of the Native
Townships Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as "the said
Act"), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
amend, in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto, the
regulations under the said Act made on the twentieth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, on the
twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-two, and on the twenty-second day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and gazetted on the
thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-one, the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-two, and on the twenty-fifth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-five (hereinafter referred
to as "the said regulations").
SCHEDULE.
- CLAUSE 16 of the said regulations is hereby amended by
omitting the words "not later than the 31st day of December,
1926," wherever they occur therein, and substituting the
words "not later than the 31st day of December, 1929."

Approving the Term of the License granted to the Rotoiti Timber
Company (Limited) by the Rotorua County Council for a
Private Tramway across a Road in the Rotorua County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Tramways Act, 1908, and the Tramways
Amendment Act, 1910, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the term of the license
granted for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, by the
Rotorua County Council to the Rotoiti Timber Company
(Limited) authorizing the said company to construct and
maintain a private tramway along or across a portion of the
access road to the Taumanu Block in Rotoma Survey District. As the said tramway is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 67611, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon marked A-B.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Wellington
of a Width of less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day
of November, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington
City Council to permit the laying-off of the street described
in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet,
but not less than fifty feet, it being inexpedient to lay off such
street of a width of sixty-six feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT street in the Wellington Land District, City of Welling-
ton, known as Newcombe Crescent, containing by admeasure-
ment 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, through part Section 37,
Karori. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 67613, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Auckland,
of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 54 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day
of November, 1926.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. DOWNIE STEWART PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland
City Council to permit the laying-off of the street coloured
burnt sienna and edged pink on the plan referred to in the
Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not
less than fifty-four feet, within the area described in the said
Schedule, it being difficult and inexpedient to lay off a street
of a width of sixty-six feet within such area.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the North Auckland Land District,
City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 10 acres
3 roods 2 perches, more or less, being part Allotments 17,
18, 19, 20, and 23A of Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland. As
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 67594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon edged green.
