Part Section 128 and Section 128B : Area, 1 acre 0 roods
37 perches; upset price, Β£10.

Weighted with Β£40, valuation for improvements, consisting
of shed 21 ft. by 16 ft., with leanto 12 ft. by 8 ft. This
building is in rather a dilapidated condition at present.

Formerly site of Paparimu Creamery. Situated five miles
from the Hunua Dairy Factory, just off the main road. Land
is undulating and is at present covered with fern and blackberry.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-one of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 27, Block VII, Opoe Survey District : Area, 62 acres
2 roods 19 perches.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 10th day of November, 1926.

Member appointed to Huatoki Scenic Board.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the twenty-fourth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of
that month, the control of a certain reserve in the Taranaki
Land District, known as the Huatoki Scenic Reserve, was
vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the
said Warrant constituted a special Board by the name of the
Huatoki Scenic Board, in pursuance of section thirteen of the
Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 : And whereas it is desirable
that Arthur Squire Allen should be appointed a member of
the said Board in place of William Edward Bendall, deceased.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred on him by section thirteen of the Scenery
Preservation Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby appoint the said
Arthur Squire Allen
to be a member of the Huatoki Scenic Board constituted by
the Warrant dated the twenty-fourth day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, hereinbefore
referred to, in place of the said William Edward Bendall.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of November, 1926.
