Settlement Lands set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of August, then instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of March then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
