Land in North Auckland Land District declared to be subject to Section 133 of the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the North Auckland Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-four of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Land Act, 1924 ; and I do further fix two years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 25, Block XI, Tokatoka Survey District: 1st July, 1925.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1926.

Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 84 acres and 11ยท6 perches, more or less, being Section 25, Block XI, Tokatoka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 26/1060, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1926.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 2, Block XIV, Ruakaka Survey District: Area, 92 acres 2 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1926.
