And such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of seven years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

BOROUGH OF OTAHUHU.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Otahuhu Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £20,000, authorized to be raised by the Otahuhu Borough Council under the abovementioned Act, for the purpose of certain drainage-works, the said Otahuhu Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny half-penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the rating district, comprising the whole of the Borough of Otahuhu; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

FRESHFIELD DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Freshfield Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Freshfield Drainage Board Loan of £1,200, 1925, authorized to be raised by the Freshfield Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of deepening, widening, deviating, and improving drains in the Freshfield Drainage District, known as the Lake Drain, the Flax-mill Drain, and Peach’s Drain, including the cost of all labour, materials, plans, and supervision, the said Board hereby makes and levies the special differential rates on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Freshfield Drainage District as follows:—
On lands classified “A” a special rate of three-eighths (⅜) of a penny in the pound sterling:
On lands classified “B” a special rate of one farthing (¼d.) in the pound sterling:
On lands classified “C” a special rate of one-eighth (⅛) of a penny in the pound sterling.
And that such special differential rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 31st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution dated 2nd day of December, 1925, signed by all the shareholders is entered in the minute-book of the above company:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. R. G. MILLIGAN, of 60 Shortland Street, Auckland, be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 15th day of March, 1926, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts and claims, to the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally to come in and prove their debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.
