In the matter of the CENTRAL ARCADE TEA-ROOMS (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 8 Perry Street, Masterton, on the 11th day of January, 1926, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on 26th January, 1926, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and at such last-mentioned meeting FREDERICK HENRY WRIGHT, of Masterton, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between WILLIAM GLEN, ALEXANDER VICTOR WYLLIE GLEN, ROBERT GLEN, and MARGARET CRAIG, under the name of “Glen Bros.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 19th day of January, 1926, the said WILLIAM GLEN having withdrawn therefrom.
As from that date the Partnership business will be carried on at Te Teko, near Whakatane, as heretofore under the name of “Glen Bros.,” by the said ALEXANDER VICTOR WYLLIE GLEN, ROBERT GLEN, and MARGARET CRAIG, to whom all moneys owing to the said firm are to be paid.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to public notice dated the 4th day of August, 1925, permission must be obtained from, and the prescribed performing fees paid to, the undermentioned association to publicly perform, broadcast, or relay any musical work or works whereof the members of the association are the owners of or are agents for the owners of the copyright. And further take notice that it is the intention of the association to take the necessary proceedings to enforce the rights of its members against any persons or persons, company, or companies not complying with the terms of this notice.

The Partnership hitherto carried on by HENRY BAKER, VERNER ROBERT LOADS SCOTT, and FRANK WEYLAND EARLY, under the firm name or style of “The Wairere Company” or “The Wairere Quarry Company,” at Gordon, Te Aroha, as Quarrymen and Dealers in Stone and Road-metal is dissolved as from date hereof by the withdrawal of HENRY BAKER. The business will be carried on by VERNER ROBERT LOADS SCOTT and FRANK WEYLAND EARLY under the same firm name. All accounts due by the Partnership will be paid by and all accounts due to the Partnership are to be paid to VERNER ROBERT LOADS SCOTT and FRANK WEYLAND EARLY.
