A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whirinaki Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section six of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 0 roods 27 perches, being portions of Sections 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 409, 410, and 412, Block II, Akatarawa Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1910/325, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1926.
