A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Orepuki–Waiau Railway (Orawia Section).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 perches.
Being portion of Section 16, situated in Block XIII, Waiau Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 102, Railways.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65206, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1926.

Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Arapuni Scheme) in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Arapuni scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 3 roods 0·2 perches.
Being part Allotment 85, Suburban Section 3, Parish of Opaheke, situated in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23587.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 64317, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1926.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public Park and Pleasure-ground in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public park and pleasure-ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 27·4 perches.
Being parts Allotment 1, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, City of Auckland, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23327.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65064, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waiheke Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 36 perches.
Being reserve for road, D.P. 11377, being part Allotment 38, Parish of Waiheke.

Situated in Block VI, Waiheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23489.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64939, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
