St. Leger Road: Starting from its junction with the Great South Main Highway between Te Awamutu and Kihikihi Townships at the northern corner of Allotment 13 of the Parish of Puniu, and proceeding in a southerly direction to its junction with the Great South Main Highway at the north-eastern corner of Allotment 81 of the Parish of Puniu.
Allan’s Road: Starting from its junction with the Great South Main Highway in the northern boundary of Allotment 112 of the Parish of Puniu, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for about one mile to its junction with Brotherhood’s Road at the north-eastern corner of Allotment 118 of the said parish.
Te Awamutu-Kihikihi Flat Road: Starting from the eastern boundary of the Te Awamutu Borough at the southern corner of Allotment 131 of the Parish of Puniu near North’s Brick-yards, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction to the northern boundary of the Kihikihi Town District at the western corner of Allotment 15 of the said parish.
Hairini-Puahue Road: Starting from the junction of roads near the Hairini Cheese Factory at the northern corner of Allotment 19 of the Parish of Puniu, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction via Puahue School to the road junction in Puahue 1L Block (W. G. Park’s homestead).
Kihikihi-Arapuni Road: Starting from its junction with the Great South Main Highway by the Star Hotel in the Kihikihi Town District, and proceeding in an easterly direction via Parawera Pah and Pukeatua Post-office to the eastern boundary of the Waipa County at the Arapuni Dam site.
Owairaka Valley Road: Starting from its junction with the Kihikihi-Arapuni Road at the Parawera Pah, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction up the Owairaka Valley for about six and three-quarter miles to the eastern corner of Section 4, Wharepuhunga 14B Block.
Waimanu Road: Starting from its junction with the Kihikihi-Arapuni Road (known as Ferguson’s junction) at the north-western corner of Section 16, Tautari Settlement, about 75 chains east of the Pukeatua Post-office, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction to its junction with the Rotongata Road at the eastern corner of Section 25, Tautari Settlement.
Rotongata Road: Starting from its junction with the Waimanu Road above mentioned, and proceeding in a south-westerly direction past the Karaka Road Junction and over the Kaiwhio Stream Bridge to its junction with the Aotearoa Road in the western boundary of Section 2, Wharepuhunga 14B Block.
Karaka Road: Starting from its junction with the Rotongata Road above described in the eastern boundary of Lot 1, Rotongata Block, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction, terminating at the southern boundary of the Waipa County at the south-eastern corner of the said Lot 1, Rotongata Block.
Aotearoa Road: Starting from its junction with the Wharepapa Road at the northern corner of Section 8, Wharepuhunga 14B Block, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction past the junction of the Rotongata Road to the southern boundary of the Waipa County at the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, Rotongata Block.

Classification of Roads in the Dannevirke County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1925, and the Motor-lorry Regulations Amendment No. 1, I, Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby alter the Dannevirke County Council’s proposed classification of roads, and do hereby approve such altered classification as set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS IN THE DANNEVIRKE COUNTY.
Roads classified in the Second Class (available for the use thereon of any motor-lorry which, with the maximum load it is licensed to carry, weighs not more than 8 tons)—
The Wellington-Napier (via Wairarapa) Highway and all that portion of Dannevirke-Waipukurau (via Porangahau) Highway between Dannevirke Borough boundary and Mangatoro River within the County of Dannevirke.
Umataoroa, Law’s, Kumeti, Rokai-Whana, and Ngamoko Roads, within the County of Dannevirke.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1925, and the Motor-lorry Regulations Amendment No. 1, I, Kenneth Stuart Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby alter the Whangarei County Council’s proposed classification of roads, and do hereby approve of such altered classification as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands.
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiries with respect to the shares in the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and the whereabouts of the respective owners thereof, and have, in respect of the said shares in the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And whereas I have not thereby ascertained the whereabouts of the respective owners of either of them, and believe that neither of such owners nor an agent of either of such owners is in the Dominion, nor has either of such owners established his title to his respective share in the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the said shares in the said land are, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908; the value of the said shares in the said land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being less than £500.
