the A. and P. Association's Hall, Ranfurly, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of
certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the
Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of
July, 1925.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under that section may at any time
be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order
in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but
only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of
the said Schedule.

ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act,
1909, dated the 28th day of March, 1924, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette of the 10th day of April, 1924, as
extended by Orders in Council dated the 2nd day of March,
1924, and the 25th day of August, 1925, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette of the 5th day of March, 1925, and
the 27th day of August, 1925, respectively, affecting Wai-
tekaha 4B and other blocks.

Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of
certain Native Land.

Order in Council made thereunder may be at any time varied
or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby vary an Order in Council
dated the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-six, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
six, and made under the said section one hundred and thirty-
two, regarding Akuaku East 3A and other blocks set out in
the Schedule thereto by excluding and excepting from pro-
hibition of alienation the lands set out in the Schedule hereto.
