Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of July, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Ohura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ohura Domain Board.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 33 and 34, Block V, Ohura Survey District: Area, 2 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less.
Also Section 35, Block V, Ohura Survey District: Area: 3 roods, more or less.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of July, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and gazetted the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of July, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated 30th July, 1923, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2nd August, 1923, and extended by Order in Council dated 30th June, 1924, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3rd July, 1924, affecting Matahiia No. 1 Block, Mata Survey District, containing 1,148 acres, more or less.
