APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 1 rood 34:7 perches.

Being portion of Lots 10 and 11, Allotment 4, Waipareira Parish, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23325.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hawksbury and Waikouaiti Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
