ERRATA.-In the Proclamation dated the 27th day of May, 1926, published in Gazette No. 36, pages 1483 and 1484, of the 4th day of June, 1926, taking for the purposes of a public school land in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, for “the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six,” read “the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six,” as the date on which the Proclamation shall take effect.

In the notice dated the 22nd May, 1926, published in Gazette No. 33, page 1,351, of 25th May, 1926, summoning the Right Honourable Sir Francis Henry Dillon Bell, P.C., G.C.M.G., K.C., to the Legislative Council, for “dated 21st May, 1925,” read “dated 21st May, 1926.”

Additional Land in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyhow enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, at Otahuhu.

Situated in Eccleston No. 2 West Settlement, Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District (Manakau County). (S.O. 23745.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 37762, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, blue, sepia, and yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1926.
