the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and published in the Gazette of the seventeenth day of that month, appointing the Whangarei County Council as a Domain Board to have control of the Tangihua Domain, and doth hereby appoint

Arthur Edge,
Michael John Lamb,
Patrick James Lamb,
Ernest Price, and
Henry James Turner
to be the Tangihua Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at half-past one o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tangihua No. 2 Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

John Wilkinson Foster,
Frederick Horrell,
Joseph Inch,
John Jacka Matthews, and
Robert McIntosh
to be the Rangiora Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at three o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of Mr. Jennings, High Street, Rangiora, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for public utility in the Nelson Land District, described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; and such reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
MARUIA HOT SPRINGS.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 4,673 acres, more or less, being part of Section 2, Square 182, situate in Block IV, Lewis Survey District, and Block I, Travers Survey District. Commencing at the southern corner of Section 2, Block IV, Lewis Survey District; thence proceeding north-easterly a distance of 8412·2 links, on a bearing of 63° 1′ 30″; thence south-easterly, a distance of 17881·9 links, on a bearing of 135°; thence easterly, a distance of 35910·2 links, on a bearing of 89° 59′; thence southerly, a distance of 8000 links, on a bearing of 179° 57′; thence westerly, a distance of 39226·9 links, on a bearing of 269° 59′; thence north-westerly, a distance of 23801·5 links, on a bearing of 315°, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 22/2360, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Walsh Road and the Western Side of Portion of Omata Road, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz. :—
“That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply (a) to that portion of the northern side of Walsh Road to which Subdivision 8 of Section 26, Westown, Fitzroy District, New Plymouth, has frontage, nor (b) to that portion of the western side of Omata Road to which Subdivision 8 of Section 26, Westown, Fitzroy District, has frontage”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Walsh Road or the western side of the portion of Omata Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Walsh Road, adjoining Subdivision 8 of Section 26, Westown, Fitzroy District.
Also the western side of all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and borough, known as Omata Road, adjoining Subdivision 8 of Section 26, Westown, Fitzroy District.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64824, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
