Portion of Main Road from Palmerston North to Bunnythorpe, in the Township of Bunnythorpe, County of Kairanga, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Kairanga County Council on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz. :—
“That in accordance with the request of Messrs. Vautier and Mercer, the Council, by resolution, declares that the provisions of section number one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the road shown on the plan of subdivision of part Suburban Sections 1506 and 1535, Township of Bunnythorpe, within the Township of Palmerston North, prepared for Messrs. Vautier and Mercer by H. R. Farquhar, licensed surveyor, provisionally numbered 7111, such road being situated between the land owned by Messrs. Vautier and Mercer shown on the said plan and the Main Trunk Railway line ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of Main Road from Palmerston North to Bunnythorpe (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of sixty-six feet from the north-eastern boundary of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Kairanga, known as Main Road from Palmerston North to Bunnythorpe, fronting Part Rural Sections 1506 and 1535, Township of Bunnythorpe, within the Township of Palmerston North. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64602, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured brown.

The North-western Side of Portion of Tudor Street, in the Borough of Devonport, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of January, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Devonport Borough Council on the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz :—
“That the Devonport Borough Council, having control of that street known as Tudor Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street fronting that piece or parcel of land containing 1 rood 0·6 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under Number 17902, being part of Allotment Number 18 of Section Number 2 of the Parish of Takapuna, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Register-book, Volume 153, folio 63, Auckland Land Registry ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Tudor Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, known as Tudor Street fronting Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 17902, being part Allotment 18, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64217, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of The Strand, in the Town of Russell, Bay of Islands County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bay of Islands County Council on the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz. :—
“The Bay of Islands County Council, being the local authority having control of that road in the said county known as The Strand, Town of Russell, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said road fronting Allotments One (1) Two (2) and Three (3) on deposit plan 1874 of a subdivision of Lot Six (6) Section Five (5), Town of Russell ”;
such portion of road being described in the Schedule hereto.

THE eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Town of Russell, Bay of Islands County, known as The Strand, fronting Allotments 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 1874, of a subdivision of Lot 6, Section 5, Town of Russell. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64990, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

WHEREAS, there being no Harbour Board empowered to grant the license hereinafter mentioned, Samuel Walter Moul t (who with his executors, administrators, and assigns is hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”), has applied to the Governor-General in Council for a license under the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), to occupy a part of the foreshore in Porirua Harbour, as a site for a jetty and slipway, to be built in the position and in accordance with plan marked M.D. 6024, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington :
