Declaring Roads in Hurakia Block, Waiapu County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of January, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Gisborne Land District, Waiapu County, known as the Mangaoporo Valley Road, Hurakia Block Access, commencing at its junction with the Gisborne–Opotiki (via the Coast) Main Highway, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction adjoining or passing through Section Rotokautuku No. 1 and part Section 1, Block XII, Mangaoporo Survey District, Part Poropero Block, Blocks XII and XI, Mangaoporo Survey District, part Pakira Block, Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block XI, Mangaoporo Survey District; Section 2 and part Section 1, Block VII, Mangaoporo Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Section 1, Block VII, Mangaoporo Survey District; being a distance of .6 miles 35 chains, more or less.
Also all that road in the said land district and county known as Waiorongomai Valley Road, Hurakia Block Access, commencing at its junction with the Tapuwaeroa Valley Road in Tapuwaeroa 1b 2 Block, Block XIV, Mangaoporo Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Tapuwaeroa 1b 2 Block, Blocks XIV and X, Mangaoporo Survey District, Section 1, Block XV, and part Section 2, Block X, Mangaoporo Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Section 2; being a distance of 2 miles, more or less.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64940, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Tauwharenikau Road, in the Stratford County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1926.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Tauwharenikau Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Stratford County, commencing at a point 1 chain south of No. 1 Bridge over the Tauwharenikau Stream and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through portions of Sections 6s, Block II, and 9s, Block VI, Omona Survey District (including a bridge over a stream adjoining the latter section), and terminating at a point opposite the boundary of the said Section 9s and of Section 5s, Block II, Omona Survey District; being a distance of 64 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65026, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring a Portion of a Main Highway, in Highway District No. 6, Kawhia County, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of January, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of main highway described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of the gazetting of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
KAWHIA to Auckland–Wellington Main Highway via Kawa: All that portion of the Kawhia to Auckland–Wellington Main Highway via Kawa, commencing at the inner end of the Kawhia Wharf and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, and terminating at its junction with the Parangi Lake Road, passing through the County of Kawhia; being a distance of 1 mile 75 chains, more or less; marked O–P on plan. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.H. 55, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue and marked as above mentioned.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ahaura Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of January, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
William Clayton,
Joseph Donaldson,
Hugh Gilmer,
Gustav Hahn, and
Hugh Kennedy
to be the Ahaura Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Memorial Hall, Ahaura, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
AHAURA DOMAIN.—WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 12, Block I, Ahaura Survey District, and Section 30, Block XIII, Mawheraiti Survey District: Area, 100 acres, more or less.
