Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block XII, Opunake Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was taken for a portion of the Opunake Branch of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway (Opunake Section), and which is no longer required for such purposes—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the Egmont County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land dealt with:—

0 0 25 Railway Reserve; coloured orange.
0 0 8 ,, purple.
Situated in Block XII, Opunake Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64303, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1926.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Pumping-station in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, One Tree Hill Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pumping-station, and shall vest in the Inhabitants of the One Tree Hill Road District as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 23·24 perches.
Being part Lot 1 on D.P. 4094 of Allotment 13 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22955.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62217, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road-approach to the Opunake Branch of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway (Opunake Section).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·2 perches, being portion of Section 8.
Situated in Block XII, Opunake Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64303, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured orange.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 35·5 perches.
Being portion of Section 4, Wigan Settlement, situated in Block VI, Uawa Survey District. (S.O. 980, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64789, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
