Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Horse-paddock
in Block XI, Ahikereru Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a
horse-paddock; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
14 acres 2 roods.
Being Section 6, situated in Block XI, Ahikereru Survey
District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23988.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65910,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May,
1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of
road in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres
3 roods 16·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Parts Allotment 171 and
169 (Crown land), Parish of Waipareira.
Situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22431.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63333,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described
in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the seventeenth day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published
in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of July then instant,
setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915,
in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 2s, Ratapiko Settlement: Area, 130 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May,
1926.

conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the ninth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published
in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of April then instant, setting
apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under
the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to the area in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.-NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
ALL that area in the Land District of Otago, containing by
admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being
Section 5, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-east by road-line and Run 587, 592·1 links;
towards the east by Run 587 aforesaid, 1124·8 links ; towards
