of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Te Horo-Tikapa Road, in the Gisborne Land District, Waiapu County, commencing at its junction with the Waiomatatini to Awanui Road in Section L 3H, Te Herenga Block, Block X, Waiapu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction passing through the said Section L 3H, Sections C and B 2, Te Herenga Block, Block X, Waiapu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between the said Section B 2 and Section No. 3, Taumata-o-te-Whatui Block, Block X, Waiapu Survey District; being a distance of 65 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Wairoa-Waikokopu Road, in the Wairoa County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of April, 1926.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, known as the Wairoa-Waikokopu Road, commencing at a point opposite peg 19 miles 37 chains on the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway in Section 1, Block X, Nuhaka Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly and then southerly direction generally, passing through part of the said Section 1 and terminating at a point opposite peg 19 miles 60 chains on the said railway, being a distance of 27½ chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65811, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1908, in Block I, Tiger Hill Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of April, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 1 rood.

Being portion of Section 7, situated in Block I, Tiger Hill Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65486, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Frank Coop,
William Alexander Gray,
Francis Gread,
John Parkinson, and
Walter Fox Parkinson

to be the Ataahua Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the School, Ataahua, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—ATAAHUA DOMAIN.

RESERVE 3705, Block III, Ellesmere Survey District: Area, 5 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less.
