IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent
to the Uawa County Council stopping the portions of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Portion of a Road in Block XII, Pakaumanu
Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of
April, 1926.

COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Govern-
ment road.

Declaring Portions of the Clevedon-Miranda Road, in the
Manukau County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day
of April, 1926.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the North Auckland Land Dis-
trict, Manukau County, known as the Clevedon-Miranda
Road (Orere-Matingarahi Section), commencing at its junc-
tion with a road in land delineated on L.T.P. 10833, Block
II, Orere Survey District, and proceeding thence generally
in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through
part of the said land delineated on L.T.P. 10833, and
Section No. 1, Tapapakanga No. 2, Tapapakanga No. 1c, and
Wharekawa No. 4c 4A, Block II, Orere Survey District, and
terminating at the north-western corner of Wharekawa No. 4B
2A 1B, Block II, Orere Survey District; being a distance of
2 miles 35 chains, more or less; marked A-B on plan.

Also all that portion of the said road in the said land district
and county commencing at a point in Wharekawa No. 4B 2A
1B and proceeding thence generally in an easterly and then
south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through part
of the said Wharekawa 4B 2A 1B and 4B 2A 2, Block II, Orere
Survey District, and part 4B 2A 1B, 4B 2B 1, and part 4B 2B
2, Block III, Orere Survey District, and terminating at a
point on the eastern boundary of the said Wharekawa No.
4B 2B 2; being a distance of 2 miles 15 chains, more or less,
marked C-D on plan.

As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D 65352, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked as above
mentioned.
