At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of April, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a public school.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken:
3 acres.
Being Section 9A, Te Puna Parish,
Situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District (S.O. 13116.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65683, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Consenting to the Raising of Loans by certain Local Authorities.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of April, 1926.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS application has been made under section twenty, subsection one, of the Finance Act, 1919, for the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council to enable the several local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto to borrow the sums set out therein, and it is expedient that such consent should issue:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the raising of the loans hereinafter mentioned by the several local authorities set out in the Schedule hereto, and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Finance Act, 1919, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor-General in Council to the raising of the said loans.
