Motunau Rabbit-proof Fencing District.—Prescribing the Number of Ratepayers of which the Board of Trustees shall consist.—Notice No. Ag. 2569.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by section eighty-seven of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby prescribe that the number of ratepayers of which the Board of Trustees of the Motunau Rabbit-proof Fencing District, constituted by Warrant made on the twenty-second day of February, 1926, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of February then instant, shall consist be five, instead of three as prescribed in the said Warrant.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 30th day of March, 1926.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
